believed strongly in evangelization by the lay people and also strongly believed in the use of television and radio in this evangelization work.

Relevant Radio is doing another great job covering Lent and giving us a lot of support.

We have put a News Release in the Morgan Messenger announcing WDTF will provide a “Community Bulleting Board” in support for what is now missing after the sale of 92.9 FM to a Spanish adult contemporary music station. We will provide announcements of local weather, local news and local community events on a weekly basis. If you, or our organization, wish to utilize the bulletin board then just mail a request to PO box 1000, Berkeley Springs WV 25411 or email to wdtfcomunnityradio@gmail.com. Your request will be reviewed by our “Events Promotion Team” in the order it is received. Dick Byrne will gather the information and provide the newscast.

We are hoping this will encourage more listeners and provide us with more monthly revenue from previous 92.9 FM advertisers. We cannot accept advertisements; however we can accept spots which announce “advertisers” as WDTF Supporters.

We do have some non-Catholic listeners now, however we would like to expand this group and we feel this may be a big help.

We have a Defenders of the Faith, Inc.(DOTF) corporate meeting on April 27 evening and this will include an invitation to all WDTF supporters. It will be a dinner with a short talk and music by Bob Williams. Those who are members of DOTF will be allowed to vote for new officers. The location is the private dining room at Maria’s Garden and the cost is free. Invitations will be sent out to confirm attendance.

If you missed a local show, take advantage of our local programming available for listening or downloading from Sound Cloud on the Internet. Type, or copy and paste, the web address below into your search engine and listen to some of the programs you may have missed or you may wish to hear again.

Thanks to Sound Cloud you can sit at home and listen to any talk. Go to the website listed above and then stroll down to the Teri’s Tea Time talk as well as many of Father Leonard’s homilies and Father Jack’s Semper Fi Show.

WDTF is supported only by donations. We do not receive support from the diocese. A detailed list of our expenditures is available upon request. No one receives compensation. Please pray for our mission and be as generous as you can.

Enjoy your Easter. There will be special programming during Holy Week and Easter.
